Program Overview
The 24‑month Junior Aircraft Engineer Program provides practical training and theoretical education to enable you to qualify for a Category A license. The first 12 months combine training and on‑the‑job work. At the end of the program you may apply for a CAT A, B1, or B2 license.
Responsibilities
Engineers and mechanics are responsible for the maintenance of all Ryanair aircraft across Germany.
Requirements
- Hold full Basic Training Certificate (CAT A or B) from an EASA Part 147 approved school
- Hold an approved CEFR B1 standard certificate or equivalent (non‑native speakers only)
- EU driving licence
- Good basic hand skills
- Take initiative, be enthusiastic and self‑motivated to work in a safe environment
- Good English skills
- Flexibility / willingness to travel and work in shifts
- Entitled to work freely within the European Union
