We currently have a very small number of opportunities in HHN / FMM Base.
As Europe’s largest airline group carrying over 550k guests on over 3,600 daily flights, we are looking for the next generation of cabin crew to join us at one of our 7 German bases.
Flying on board Ryanair Group aircraft there are some amazing perks, including unlimited discounted staff travel to over 250+ destinations across the Ryanair network, a fixed 5/3 roster pattern, free training, industry leading pay, and a paid training allowance from Day 1 of course.
Your journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member will start on a 6-week training course (held in Germany) where you will learn all of the fundamental skills that you will require as part of your day-to-day role delivering a top-class safety & customer service experience to our guests. During the course, you will be required to study with exams taking place at regular intervals; the training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one. The career opportunities are endless, including becoming a number 1, base supervisor, Regional Manager, or aspiring to become our Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun & rewarding; however, it is a demanding position where safety is our number 1 priority. You will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5am in the morning on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you are not a morning person, then think twice before applying!
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Germany and travel freely through the Ryanair Network – This includes Non-Schengen Countries.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- You must be approximately between 5’2″ (157 cm) and 6’2″ (188 cm) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- It helps if you are hardworking, flexible, and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‚can do‘ attitude.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
- No German language is required; however, German speakers will be highly regarded.
