We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join the team of one of our fantastic international clients, based in the very heart of Frankfurt. This role is permanent, full time in the office offering a very attractive salary & benefits that you won’t want to miss out on!
The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for varied tasks so no day will be the same and you will be supporting closely the Director of the office, providing a fantastic opportunity to gain great exposure.
To be considered, we are looking for someone with previous client services experience in a law firm or professional services environment. You must have at least 2 years of experience.
Duties include:
- Interacting and supporting clients, visitors, lawyers and internal staff.
- Answering and screening telephone calls.
- Scheduling meetings and setting up conference rooms.
- Catering and hospitality including ordering client lunches.
- Providing administrative support to the Director and lawyers.
- Processing invoices and expenses.
- Event management, i.e. holiday parties.
- Monitoring AV equipment and reporting on faults/issues.
- Maintaining stock, ensuring workspace is tidy and maintenance of equipment.
- Other duties as and when required.

Verbal and written English skills are required alongside solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
