We are looking for a precise, reliable, and client-oriented Cash Desk Officer to join our team in Lugano for a maternity cover of 10-11 months. In this role, you will manage daily cash desk operations for our Private Banking clients, ensuring high security and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Cash Operations: Execute cash desk and high-volume banknote operations for Private Banking and Professional Clients Forex & Deliveries: Handle foreign exchange (Forex) transactions and manage cash delivery logistics Support & Security: Ensure compliance with all security and internal banking procedures while supporting the team with daily administrative tasks Your Profile
Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in cash desk operations, preferably within a Private or Retail Banking environment in Switzerland Technical Skills: Proficiency in banking software; knowledge of Avaloq is considered a strong asset. Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory Soft Skills: High level of autonomy and ability to work independently without close supervision.
