What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own and achieve your ARR goal in your first 12 months .
- Build a Scalable Sales Process: Work closely with the founders to develop a repeatable and highly efficient sales playbook .
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing , autonomously build a high-quality pipeline and secure strategic logos (you also will get leads from Marketing and the Outbound Team).
- Engage with Decision-Makers: Sell directly to CPOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, and VP-level executives at leading SaaS companies.
- Leverage Proven Sales Methodologies: Utilize MEDDIC and Challenger Sale techniques to qualify and close deals effectively.
- Be a True Partner to Customers: Understand their integration challenges and position this company as the go-to solution for ERP & accounting integrations in Europe .
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Strong track record of closing deals in a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally selling API or integration solutions .
- Technical Savvy: No coding required, but you understand APIs, integrations & developer workflows (Tech Level: 7/10 ).
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in an early-stage company where your impact truly matters .
- Process-Driven & Strategic: You bring structure to chaos , analyze what works, and implement best practices .
- Storytelling Ability: You can simplify complex technical solutions and make them compelling for buyers.
- Cultural Fit: You’re direct, transparent, and not afraid to challenge the status quo .
- Language Skills: Fluent in German & English (8/10+ level in both).
