A fast-growing AI-native SaaS platform is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business in Germany. You will own the full sales cycle, generate pipeline proactively, and close mid-market deals that deliver measurable productivity impact for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Generate a meaningful share of your own pipeline (LinkedIn, email, calling, research)
• Run structured, value-based discovery and guide multi-stakeholder evaluations
• Manage commercial and technical steps, keeping deals moving with clarity
• Close ACV 15–50K deals with 50–120 day sales cycles
• Share customer insights with Marketing & Product

What You Bring

• >3 years experience as a Mid-Market AE in SaaS
• Proven success self-sourcing pipeline (not only inbound/SDR-fed)
• Strong discovery, demo, and deal navigation skills
• Affinity for modern AI-driven software
• Based in Germany; onsite in Munich/Cologne/Berlin

Not a Fit If

• Your experience is only SMB (100K ACV)
• You rely mainly on inbound or SDR-driven pipeline
• You prefer slow-paced, highly structured environments

Compensation

• Base: up to 80,000 €
• Variable: up to 50,000 €

Location

Onsite in Munich, Cologne, or Berlin (no remote).
