Your Role (between 80-100%, to be defined)
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are the creative and operational cornerstone of the agency. Your mission is twofold: to imagine and produce strong visual concepts, while managing projects from A to Z.
A true mentor, you supervise and develop a team of junior profiles. You ensure the link between client requests, the agency's creative vision, and production, thus guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and respect for deadlines.
Contract type: Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, from September to around March (exact dates to be agreed), with a possibility of progression to a permanent contract (CDI) given the agency's development.
Your Tasks
Creative Direction & Graphic Design
- Creation & execution: Design and production of visual concepts and adaptations of media across the entire 360° chain (print, digital, social media, brand identities, events). - Guardian of the image: Ensure the artistic direction of projects, maintain visual coherence, and validate creative quality before client presentation. - Marketing versatility: Actively participate in campaign deployment and adapt your approach to the agency's various fields (Web, video, strategy).
Project Management & Leadership
- Teaching & mentoring: Supervise, guide, and manage a team of juniors (2 to 4 people) daily to help them develop their skills. - 360° management: Manage multidisciplinary projects, from receiving the client brief (in French or Swiss German) to final delivery. - Planning: Develop schedules, anticipate operational risks, allocate tasks within the team, and ensure budget compliance.
Profile Sought
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a communication agency, with successful initial experience in project coordination or management. - Languages: Native Swiss German speaker (or perfectly bilingual Swiss German), with excellent command of French (spoken and written) to manage projects across both linguistic regions. - Technical skills: Absolute mastery of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Skills or strong interest in digital, video, or web design are a great asset. - Soft Skills: Natural leadership, structured temperament, autonomous and solution-oriented. You demonstrate Swiss precision in organisation while maintaining great creative flexibility.
