As a growing company, we are looking for an experienced and analytically strong personality to advance our group of companies as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer (m/f/d) .
Aufgaben
- Building a data warehouse for efficient storage, management, and analysis of business data.
- Performing data analysis and visualization with tools such as backends Google Cloud, AWS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau and Power BI.
- Implementing machine learning models to predict business outcomes and optimize processes.
- Analyzing large data sets to derive business trends and patterns.
- Creating dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to implement data-driven projects.
- Performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) for data cleansing and preparation.
- Development of statistical models and implementation of predictive models with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn or similar.
- Experience with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and data pipelines an advantage.
Qualifikation
- Degree in data science, information technology, business informatics or a related field (e.g. B.Sc. in Data Analytics, B.Sc. in International Economics & Management).
- Practical experience in data analysis, data visualization and working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Big Query).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Excel.
- Experience with graph-based databases such as Neo4j or tools for processing unstructured data (e.g. Apache Kafka) is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning and statistics (e.g. time series analysis, regression models).
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to solve complex data problems.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and the ability to make complex technical concepts understandable to non-technical teams.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (C1), basic knowledge of German (B1 an advantage).
