CNC Lathe Operator-Setter
Your responsibilities:
Ensure loading and start-up of production on 2-3 axis Okuma CNC machines Program directly on the control, in ISO Carry out basic equipment adjustments to guarantee the conformity of parts, in compliance with control instructions Ensure production monitoring and self-inspection of produced parts Correct programmes directly on the control in case of drift or necessary adjustment Handle routine troubleshooting interventions Ensure compliance with defined quantity and quality standards
Your profile:
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a production mechanic or significant equivalent experience Proven experience on Okuma machines and controls (2-3 axis CNC turning) Mastery of ISO programming on control Experience in batch changes, including setting up fixtures and tooling Rigorous, reliable, autonomous profile, while appreciating team spirit
