CNC Turning Machine Operator

For our partner, a Swiss family business recognized for its expertise in watchmaking and surface treatment in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a CNC turner.Your responsibilities:- Ensure the loading and launching of production on 2-3 axis Okuma CNC machines- Program directly on the control, in ISO- Perform basic equipment settings to ensure part compliance, in accordance with inspection instructions- Ensure production monitoring and self-inspection of produced parts- Correct programs directly on the control in case of drift or necessary adjustment- Handle routine troubleshooting interventions- Ensure compliance with defined quantity and quality standardsYour profile:- Holder of a CFC in production mechanics or equivalent experience- Confirmed experience on Okuma machines and controls (2-3 axis CNC turning)- Mastery of ISO for series changes, including setting up fixtures and tooling- Rigorous, reliable, autonomous profile, while appreciating team spiritAbout usAt Safeguard Global Switzerland, we support companies with their recruitment needs, for both temporary and permanent positions.
