Haas Milling Machine Operator and Setter

For our partner, a Swiss industrial company recognized for its expertise and precision tools, located in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a Haas milling machine operator on a 2x8 shift schedule.Your responsibilities:- Ensure the loading of production, transfer, and CNC machines- Perform basic equipment adjustments to ensure part compliance, in accordance with control instructions- Carry out changes of worn or broken tools- Handle routine troubleshooting interventions- Ensure compliance with defined quantity and quality standards- Master the setup and production on all milling and grinding machines- Request validation from the manager or their deputy before any production launchYour profile:- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a production mechanic or equivalent- Experience with Haas machines and controls- Mastery of mechanical basics, particularly in milling, and interest in working on grinding machines- Confirmed experience in changeovers, including the adjustment of fixtures, grippers, clamps, and tooling- Competence in dimension fine-tuning- Rigorous and reliable profile, capable of working autonomously while appreciating teamwork- Willing to work in a 2x8 shift scheduleYour benefits:- Stable work environment within a recognized industrial company- Key role with a direct impact on quality and performance- Opportunities for development and long-term growthAbout usAt Safeguard Global Switzerland, we support companies with their recruitment needs, for both temporary and permanent positions.
