As a key interface between production, supply chain, quality, and our logistics partner, you ensure strong performance of logistics flows, meeting our goals for safety, quality, deadlines, and cost.Your Responsibilities:Coordination & Operational Performance:• Be the Logistic key point of contact for the service provider and internal teams• Organize and prioritize the daily activities with the logistics service provider• Ensure the reliability of our customs management and guarantee the link with the authorities.• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to drive activity• Ensure resources are aligned with production plans• Address and lead corrective actions in case of dysfunctions or performance gaps• Prepare, monitor, and optimize the logistics budget for your scopeContinuous Improvement & Projects:• Lead the logistics improvement plan and identify optimization initiatives• Implement Lean methodologies (5S, FOD) and HSE standards• Support site evolution: integration of new activities, reorganizations, capacity adjustments• Contribute to standardizing logistics practices across Safran Nacelles sitesQuality & Procedures:• Ensure compliance of processes and operating procedures with the service provider• Conduct or support internal and external audits• Lead action plans resulting from non-conformitiesJob Requirements• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or supply chain/logistics, or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2 years in industrial logistics or service provider management)• Strong experience in transversal management, action plan leadership, and project management• Customer-oriented, hands-on, rigorous, and proactive• Team player with strong communication and leadership skills• Professional German and English required; French is a plusBut what else?
