For our Finance team, we are currently looking for you as Tax Specialist/ Accountant (all genders).
Unlimited – Full Time – 40 hour‑contract
Are you ready to bring your passion for numbers and taxes into a dynamic environment? Join us and play an active role in preparing annual financial statements with precision and full compliance to current standards. You will independently manage accounts payable and travel expense functions, while providing valuable tax guidance to our operational teams. Your dedication will ensure smooth tax compliance and help identify potential risks early on.
Your responsibilities
- Managing mandatory tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.) and ensuring timely, accurate submission in line with applicable standards, including transmitting fiscal consolidation data to the group.
- Analyzing contracts for tax implications and participating in the research tax credit process.
- Assisting with transfer pricing documentation and identifying tax risks across the scope of responsibility.
- Proactively monitoring and staying informed about tax‑related developments.
- Managing accounts payable in cooperation with the local purchasing department.
- Assisting the senior accountant with tax‑related accounting activities.
- Supporting internal travel management in financial matters.
Your skills & qualifications
- Qualification as an Accountant, Tax Consultant or similar role with strong financial knowledge and several years of work experience.
- Knowledge of German taxation, particularly VAT, CIT and Commercial Tax (preferred).
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and German language.
