Strategic planning and monitoring of Projects as well as coordination of functional go-live and hypercare support. Central contact for the business, key users, management and external Microsoft implementation partners. This position frequently take a hands on approach combing project management with IT Business Consulting work – gathering and challenging business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, configuring and validating solutions, and driving functional and user acceptance testing yourself rather than only coordinating others. /li libProcess fit-gap analysis: /bModeration of requirements workshops and management of fit-gap analyses in order to optimally map business processes (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) to the Microsoft standard. /li libFocus on D365 Standard Best Practices /b: Ensuring a “Standard First” strategy to minimize customizations and ensure the future updateability of the platform (One Version).br/Team leadership: Leadership of interdisciplinary, cross-functional project teams (consisting of solution architects, consultants, developers and business analysts). /li libInterface Function Integrations: /bControl the seamless integration of D365 FSCM with peripheral systems, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure data architectures. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul libProfessional experience: /bSeveral years of demonstrable experience as an IT project manager in the ERP environment, ideally with completed full-lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / FSCM / CE. /li libExpertise / Education: /b In-depth understanding of the D365 architecture and business processes in the areas of finance, supply chain, logistics or production. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT technology or a comparable qualification. /li libMethodological competence: /bCertification in project management (e.g. PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a must. /li libPersonality: /bStrong communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking and the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels.
