Business Process Owner (m/f/d) Scheduling
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Owner for Scheduling in SAP to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the transformation initiative associated with scheduling processes as we implement our new S/4Hana core solution. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SAP, a deep understanding of scheduling in a business context, and a passion for driving change and innovation within an organization.
- Process Leadership: Own and drive the scheduling processes within the OXYGEN environment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Transformation Program Participation: Actively contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of the transformation program aimed at rolling out SAP core solutions, particularly focusing on scheduling functionalities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure successful integration of processes within OXYGEN.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for users impacted by the new scheduling processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization in scheduling and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Support: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring successful adoption of the new scheduling system in SAP.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in managing transformation projects, particularly within the context of ERP implementations.
