We are looking for a creative and talented UI/UX designer to join the technical team of our US-based client's fintech startup project. The project is an innovative workforce management platform designed specifically for the construction and building industry, tailored exclusively for contractors, sub-contractors, and specialty contractors. It integrates siloed workflows of time tracking, payroll, job costing, and project management with AI and automation.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces.
- Experience designing and documenting a design system to produce a consistent user experience.
- Ability to design based on industry best practices with minimal input and produce high quality designs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English and better.
Responsibilities:
- Designing user-friendly, consistent, and intuitive interfaces that will be experienced by our business customers.
- Working with technical and non-technical collaborators to refine and hone requirements.
- Working with front-end developers to define a common design language/design system.
- Working closely with business stakeholders and customers to determine the best experience we can achieve.
