Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive in Salesforce's Media & Communication team in Germany, you will drive end-to-end sales with existing accounts and new leads using the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You act as a trusted advisor to both day-to-day teams and C-suite executives, aligning resources to maximize value from Salesforce investments. You will craft go-to-market and long-term account plans to grow your territory in the German media space, delivering high-impact ecosystem orchestration and customer success. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic customer partnerships at scale within a leading AI CRM environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end sales: prospect, qualify, and coordinate internal resources (Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Partners) to win deals
- Develop go-to-market strategy and a qualified target account list within first 30 days
- Create and execute long-term account plans aligned with customers' business objectives
- Drive customer satisfaction and enterprise sales growth through ecosystem orchestration in the German media sector
