About The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work with our top enterprise accounts. We seek hardworking, high emotional intelligence individuals who can articulate how our solutions transform customer businesses and exceed goals. You will develop deep insights into large enterprise dynamics and help shape their change agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction in Germany’s manufacturing sector.
  • Create and execute a long-term account strategy aligned with customer goals.
  • Lead the sales process, engaging resources like Sales Engineers, Services, Executives, and Partners.
  • Identify and research territory to develop a go-to-market strategy and target account list within 30 days.
  • Communicate Salesforce’s value proposition effectively.
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong account planning and strategic skills to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Ability to uncover customer processes, challenges, and goals based on use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology solutions to identify compelling value propositions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills across various mediums.
  • Proactive resource utilization to achieve results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the full account team and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with sales methodologies.
  • Ability to develop strategic alliances and service requirements.
