Overview
In this role you will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-grade AI deployments from day one across multiple accounts. You’ll work across configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment, delivering measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position with mentorship and opportunities to lead complex deliveries. You’ll contribute to a rapidly evolving AI platform and partner with customers to turn challenges into deployed solutions.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and deploy agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments end-to-end
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into working deployments
- Own components from architecture to production, with observability and validation
- Build and integrate data pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and associated dashboards
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs to accelerate deployment timelines
- Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enabling teams
- Identify platform gaps and feed field insights back to product teams
- Partner with the Deployment Strategist to align customer goals with viable agentic solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
- Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex (and willingness to expand as needed)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong data modeling, API design, and integration pattern knowledge
- Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects
- Quality-focused code and rigorous evaluation of AI outputs
- Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
- Fluency in German and English
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
