Overview
As a Deployment Strategist at Salesforce, you define AI strategy and shape agentic deployments for enterprise customers. You lead focused, time-bound engagements and ensure sustainable, value-driven adoption of AI solutions. You partner with delivery teams to translate business challenges into scalable Agentic AI deployments and governance. This role combines strategy, architecture, and program management to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of AI tech and enterprise transformation to impact customers from day one.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle (Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume) and own outcomes
- Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis
- Oversee delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk management, and progress reporting
- Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements; address blockers to realize value
- Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution
- Develop customer solutions using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes) to accelerate development
- Manage customer stakeholder relationships and present business-value outcomes
- Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits of intelligent agents
- Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Direct customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
- Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to measurable outcomes
- Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices
- Strong project/program management with ability to run multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
- Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, or related certifications
