Lead AI Strategy Expert (Remote, Europe)
We are looking for a senior AI leader to define and drive our AI strategy across the organisation, turning emerging technologies into measurable business impact. This is a high-impact role with ownership over AI vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams. What you'll do:
Define and own the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap Identify high-value AI use cases and prioritise them based on impact and feasibility Lead AI initiatives from concept to production Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investment decisions Set standards for responsible AI, governance, and best practices Act as a thought leader internally and externally What you bring:
Senior experience shaping AI or data strategy at scale Strong understanding of modern AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning Proven track record of delivering AI solutions into production Ability to bridge business, product, and technology Executive-level communication and stakeholder management Remote within Europe Strategic, high-visibility role Consulting engagement - 3-6 months plus extension.
