Responsibilities- Inform and advise customers on all products and services with the goal of acquiring new customers and retaining existing clientele.- Conclude sales with enthusiasm and resolve technical questions for customers.- Promote company values through sales and customer contacts.- Check merchandise and systems and perform various administrative tasks.
Contributions- A Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in sales.- 2 years of sales experience in the telecommunications sector.- Comfortable with digital tools.- French language skills, very good knowledge of German.- Great flexibility regarding working hours.
