Your mission
Your mission will be to offer professional and personalised advice to our customers regarding the entire range of Salt products and services.
Your responsibilities
- Inform and advise customers on all Salt products and services with the aim of acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones - Conclude sales with enthusiasm and conviction - Handle and resolve customers’ technical questions - Promote Salt’s values through sales and customer contacts - Check merchandise and systems and perform various administrative tasks
Your qualifications
- A commercial apprenticeship qualification (CFC) in sales - 2 years of sales experience in the telecommunications sector - Comfortable with IT tools - Native French speaker, very good knowledge of German - High flexibility regarding working hours
