Growth Marketing Lead , Berlin (hybrid / remote), Prop Tech, €100–120K
We’re looking for a growth marketing leader to partner closely with the CMO and drive performance across Germany and international markets.
This role is heavily focused on paid media, but requires a full-funnel mindset.
You’ll:
- Own acquisition strategy and execution
- Manage and scale significant budgets
- Lead a test-and-learn approach to growth
- Dive deep into performance data and insights
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings strong paid media expertise
- Understands D2C / performance-driven models
- Thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments
- Is highly analytical and commercially driven
