In this role, you’ll manage HR operations, office administration, and facilities, ensuring a compliant, efficient, and well-run workplace. You’ll be the backbone of smooth HR processes and a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR processes with office operations to enhance productivity.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR policies.
- Optimize office space and manage workplace logistics.
- Handle vendor relationships and office supply coordination.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant work environment.
Operational Efficiency & Engagement
- Streamline HR admin tasks and manage HR systems.
- Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
What You Bring
- HR Expertise: Solid experience in HR administration, policies, and compliance.
- Facility & Office Management: Hands-on experience managing workplace operations and vendors.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate and resolve HR & facility challenges.
- Tech & Process Savvy: Experience with HR systems and office management tools.
Holidays: 24 days of annual leave.
Salary: Fixed salary + 10% bonus based on company revenue/performance.
