Lead AI Strategy Expert (Remote, Europe)
We are looking for a senior AI leader to define and drive our AI strategy across the organisation, turning emerging technologies into measurable business impact. This is a high-impact role with ownership over AI vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams.
What you'll do:
- Define and own the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap
- Identify high-value AI use cases and prioritise them based on impact and feasibility
- Lead AI initiatives from concept to production
- Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investment decisions
- Set standards for responsible AI, governance, and best practices
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally
What you bring:
- Senior experience shaping AI or data strategy at scale
- Strong understanding of modern AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions into production
- Ability to bridge business, product, and technology
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
Remote within Europe
Strategic, high-visibility role
Consulting engagement - 3-6 months plus extension. Some travel to Switzerland.
