EHS Campus Lead | Berlin, Germany | Data Centre
Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit an experienced EHS Campus Lead for a major hyperscale data centre development in Berlin, Germany.
- Lead the EHS strategy and delivery across the data centre campus.
- Manage, mentor and develop the EHS team and drive a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with German legislation, client standards and project requirements.
- Oversee RAMS, risk assessments, permits and safe systems of work.
- Lead inspections, audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor EHS performance.
- Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks and safety initiatives.
- Track EHS KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers and client representatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure EHS actions are effectively closed out.
- Proven experience as an EHS Manager, EHS Lead, Campus EHS Lead or Health & Safety Manager.
- Strong experience within data centres, mission-critical or major construction projects.
- Experience leading EHS across large-scale sites or multi-building campuses.
- Strong knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
- Proven experience managing EHS teams, contractors and subcontractors.
- Strong background in audits, inspections, investigations and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating at senior level in a fast-paced project environment.
