The Role

Own Saltz.App expansion in your city! You’ll find and contact new venues, meet chefs and managers, show how the app works, and support their orders, from cozy lunch spots to Michelin‑level places. We’ll train you, and give you room to own your day and your results. Join Saltz.App now to shape our entire GTM strategy with direct access to founders, investors, and international peers. The position is full‑time.

What You Will Do

  • Acquire new customers in the field and present innovative marketplace solutions
  • Attend and process customer appointments (40–60 bookings per month)
  • Plan independently each week, ensuring target achievement/exceedance
  • Maintain and expand the customer base
  • Lead demos that show chefs how Saltz makes getting the right products delivered to their kitchen effortless and on time

What You Need

  • Background in restaurant operations, concierge, customer service/KAM, or sales (internships, part‑time jobs, or professional experience). Career changers welcome.
  • Comfortable spending most of your time out in the field, meeting chefs and restaurant managers face‑to‑face (field sales)
  • Very good oral and written German and English skills
  • Confidence in negotiating and closing contracts
  • Bonus: fluency in other languages in addition to German or English
