- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership of Samsara’s Global Support organization.
- Drive operational excellence and enable data-informed decision-making at scale.
- Own the annual operating plan and the cadence that measures performance against it.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the capacity, headcount, and cost model for the Support organization.
- Own the Customer Support business review cadence end to end.
- Leverage AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a related field.
- Experience owning an annual operating plan or equivalent multi-quarter planning process.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, and AI tools.
