Within a modern environment hosting training sessions, seminars and professional events, you will participate in the preparation and service of a varied and quality catering offer.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and plate hot and cold dishes in compliance with quality standards. - Participate in the daily production for the corporate restaurant, seminars and events. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). - Ensure optimal use of raw materials and equipment. - Participate in the receipt and inspection of goods. - Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. - Work closely with the entire kitchen and service team.

Your profile
- Cook’s federal certificate of capacity (CFC) or equivalent training. - Successful experience in collective catering, hospitality or traditional catering. - Organisational skills, autonomy and team spirit. - Excellent stress resistance and ability to manage several activities simultaneously. - Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards. - Flexibility regarding hours according to the centre’s activity in the evenings and weekends. - You communicate easily in German and/or French.
