Expected duties of the position: - Perform prescribed nursing care and assess patients’ health status - Support patients in their daily activities and offer personalised assistance - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care - Manage and supervise nursing staff and new colleagues - Ensure the transmission of necessary medical and administrative information - Participate in the development and monitoring of individualised care plans - Comply with hygiene and safety regulations

Skills required for the position: - Mastery of nursing care techniques and observational skills - Good interpersonal skills and ability to listen to and reassure patients - Ability to organise tasks effectively and prioritise emergencies - Team spirit, versatility and adaptability to different environments - Good communication in French. - Rigour in applying protocols and instructions - Respect for confidentiality and professional discretion
Expected personal qualities: - Listening skills and empathy towards patients and their families - Ability to work in a team and integrate easily into diverse teams - Autonomy, reliability and responsiveness in emergency situations - Sense of responsibility and professional commitment

Requirements for this position: - Hold a diploma or title deemed equivalent (for foreign diplomas, Red Cross recognition is essential) - You have at least 2 years’ experience. - Vehicle essential to ensure travel.
