Specialist Credit & Collection (Fixed term)

The credit control team is part of the financial management group of Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH. In this position, you\’ll leverage your analytical skills to assess creditworthiness, develop tailored collection strategies, and foster positive relationships with clients. Role and Responsibilities

1. Liaising with credit insurers and account managers to ensure risk-sensitive management of customer receivables
2. Developing and implementing effective collection strategies to recover outstanding debts
3. Monitoring accounts receivables aging reports and following up on overdue accounts
4. Communicating with clients to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes
5. Supporting A/R monthly closing, reporting, and reconciliation

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2. 1-3 years of previous experience in credit and collections, preferably in a similar role
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation abilities
5. Proactive team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
6. Fluent in English; Korean and German language skills are advantageous
7. Very good command of SAP
