Position Summary
Join our dynamic Workplace Solutions team as a working student (f/m/d) for general office management, data analytics and fleet support. In this position you will support administrative and ad hoc tasks, help us with data analytics (comprehensive understanding of data analytics and familiarity with Excel pivot is required), as well as support our fleet operations.
The tasks will not require physical strength, but mental fitness (muscles are not very important, but brain is very important).

Role and Responsibilities
[Fleet Support]
o R&M appointments vehicle transfer ("Hol- & Bring-Service")
o Documentation of pool vehicle handovers
o Data management and analysis (like: consumption data, mileage status, master data)
o Communication with fleet vendors (bidding & quotation, accident handling etc.)
[Workplace Solutions Support: Office Management & Data Analytics]
o Data quality monitoring, data management and analysis (such as: presence data, access control system data quality, facility energy consumption, asset tracking)
o Back office tasks: supplies stock replenishment, archive scrap transport
o Campaigns like onsite occupational medical checks and associated participation/options surveys, mandatory occupational safety instructions campaigns follow-up
o Asset check support, Goods received documentation
o Facility inspections scheduling with existing service providers, facility handbook
Skills and Qualifications

  • You are working towards or have finished Bachelor’s degree and you are currently enrolled in a study program
  • Comprehensive understanding of data analytics, familiarity with Excel pivot
  • Languages: German (native or near-native), English (business fluent)
  • Swift technical understanding and interest for using upper class vehicles with automatic gear, as well as manual gear transporters (like Caddy, Caravelle, Vito, Sprinter), as well as (PH)EV
  • Overall passion to fleet, technology, and data analytics related topics such as newest EV models, charging infrastructure, Samsung News, Big Data, etc.
  • Proactive mind-set and solution oriented
  • A positive, strong customer oriented and can-do attitude with high motivation and excellent time management
  • Team player and great communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Valid driving license (B)
