Tasks You ensure efficient and timely shipping processing Beyond coordination, you motivate your team of warehouse staff to drive peak performance You provide key metrics to the shift supervisor, which are essential for reporting to management and customers You take on and oversee the onboarding of new colleagues You ensure order and cleanliness at workstations, in the warehouse facility, and in the warehouse hall, as well as compliance with performance and quality standards You support process improvement efforts by contributing your own ideas and suggestions for optimizing warehouse operations You ensure compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and quality standards, as well as the proper execution of regular inventories Requirements Completed vocational training (e.g., Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Fachlagerist) – ideally in the logistics field Initial professional and leadership experience in a similar position, ideally in tire logistics Strong organizational and communication skills Assertiveness along with a high degree of responsibility, initiative, and drive Experience with MS Office, warehouse management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable Forklift license Work Authorization: We are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.
