Aufgaben Document Management: Creation and revision of QM documents (procedural instructions, work instructions, checklists) Maintenance and updating of the document control system Formatting and standardizing the layout of QM documents according to specifications Version control and archiving of obsolete documents Assistance with the creation of forms and templates Process Management: Comparison of existing process descriptions with actual practice (target-actual comparison) Support with process mapping and visualization (e.g., flowcharts) Assistance in identifying process deviations and opportunities for optimization Maintenance of the process map Audit Support: Preparing for internal and external audits (compiling documentation) Coordinating internal audit schedules Tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Qualifikation Experience with Microsoft Office: Word: Change Headings Update Table of Contents Write Text Insert Process Charts Excel: Change Headings Understanding row references and simple formulas Powerpoint: Creating Process Flows Knowledge of processes: Basic Knowledge of Logistics Processes Basic Knowledge of Quality Management Able to write work instructions: Ability to grasp and understand (logistics) processes Ability to describe processes in writing Language: English and German.
