We are establishing a new location in Halle/Saale, for which we are looking for our first full-time employee. The new office in Halle/Saale, which you will temporarily share with colleagues from the field service, will be part of the location in Germering near Munich and will be gradually expanded. You will receive sufficient and thorough training and ongoing support from the front office in Germering/Munich.
The position requires you to independently provide “sudden service” to our existing customers through sales support by answering the concerns and inquiries of customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe and providing them with appropriate assistance.
What tasks do you expect?
- Commercial support for our existing customers via email and telephone
- Independent creation of offers
- Communication and clarification of customer requirements and inquiries with internal development and manufacturing areas
- Supporting the technical field service in new projects as well as in day-to-day business
What do we expect from you?
- Completed business or technical training or a corresponding university degree
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a comparable, possibly technical role is an advantage
- Knowledge of electronic connection technology or semiconductor technologies is an advantage but not a requirement. Detailed product training is part of the training period
- Very good written and spoken German as well as fluent English skills
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as team spirit
- Communication, negotiation, and implementation skills
- Affinity for sales, success, and goal-oriented thinking
- Flexibility and high resilience
- Planned and structured way of working
- Basic PC knowledge (especially the MS Office package)
