To strengthen our locksmith department, we are looking for a DEPUTY LOCKSMITH MANAGER 100%YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure, in collaboration with the manager, the smooth operation of the department's daily activities- Replace the manager during their absences by ensuring the proper organization of work, the distribution of tasks, and compliance with priorities- Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes- Act as a liaison for the manager with the team and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment- Perform welding of metal parts in black steel and stainless steel using MAG and TIG processes- Carry out bending, drilling, and rolling operations as well as other shaping work- Perform assembly work on a welding jig- Control the quality of parts and ensure compliance with safety standardsYOUR PROFILE- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a metal constructor or an equivalent qualification- Confirmed experience in locksmithing and metal construction- First successful experience in team management- Excellent command of reading plans and technical documents- Ease with standard management and organization tools- Organized, autonomous, endowed with a good sense of responsibility and leadership- Mastery of French, both oral and writtenWHAT WE OFFER- The opportunity to leverage your technical qualities and join a well-established and growing family business- Working conditions favoring the balance between professional and private life- Regular working hours within a safe work environment- Start date: immediately or by arrangement jid9d8532aaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
