Schedule Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (30-minute break) Sunday (optional): 12:30/1:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST We are hiring one or two team members to cover these shifts. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset Sales-minded (not just order-taking) Clear, confident, and professional phone presence Fast-paced and efficient while maintaining accuracy Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Able to multitask across calls, texts, and systems Reliable, accountable, and consistent. Not the Right Fit If You prefer to “do things your own way” instead of following a process You struggle in a fast-paced or performance-based environment You have unreliable internet or frequent technical issues You are not responsive or engaged during team communication Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet (wired connection preferred) Quiet, distraction-free workspace Laptop/computer capable of running multiple web-based systems Quality headset for calls Comfortable using browser-based phone systems, CRM tools, and messaging platforms Compensation
