Aufgaben Produce high-quality semi-finished and finished diagnostic products according to established production processes and quality standards. Prepare materials, reagents, buffers and production components to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows. Perform in-process quality checks and accurately document all production activities in line with internal and ISO requirements. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods and support stock management activities. Contribute to a clean, organized, and continuously improving production environment while supporting the onboarding of new team members. Profil Educational background in natural sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, laboratory technology, or a technical field (e.g. Bachelor's degree, apprenticeship, technical school/HTL, or similar). First experience in production, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or a related technical environment. Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation practices.Good technical understanding and a hands-on working style. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
