Product Manager KYLT (f/m/x)

SAN Vet is the animal health branch ofSAN Group .As a globally operating business we contribute to sustainable animal protein production by providing high tech and essential solutions in the areas of biosecurity, veterinary diagnostics, vaccines, in‑vitro PCR diagnostica, and pharmaceuticals. These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Act as a central link between Sales, Marketing, R&D, regional and global teams as well as management to ensure successful product development and commercialization
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to product phase‑out
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and key differentiators (USPs)
• Support global sales teams through technical presentations, customer visits, and product trainings as well as support in product applications
• Conduct market research, analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Develop and execute product strategies to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and market success
• Create and maintain product roadmaps as well as product profiles and support strategic portfolio decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with scientific experts, universities, and industry partners
• Create GAP Analysis and identify and evaluate opportunities for product development
• Collaborate with R&D to translate market insights into new product concepts and formulations
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate scientific and field trials, ensuring high‑quality reporting and data interpretation
• Support other product management tasks, if necessary, e.g. related to marketing content and activities, digital product management tools (e.g. PIM), technical publications, regulatory affairs, product change and quality management.

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Experience in product management (3-5 years), especially in ELISA and/or PCR, as well as experimental design and reporting
• Knowledge of the veterinary diagnostics market of advantage
• Highly dedicated and outgoing personality with good communication and presentation skills in English (German of advantage but not a prerequisite)
• Self‑motivated with a “can do” & cheerful attitude
• Willingness to travel

• Your workplace is in Emstek near Cloppenburg - hybrid or remote work is possible
• We gladly require your services for 40 hours per week with a permanent contract
