We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team at SigmaNEST, part of the Sandvik Business Area Intelligent Manufacturing. You will be responsible for developing new business and building long‑term partnerships with customers across your region, helping them unlock the full potential of our CAD/CAM and shop floor software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and connecting with new customers in manufacturing.
- Demonstrating technical software and showcasing its efficiency and ROI benefits.
- Building strong customer relationships and turning them into long‑term partnerships.
- Working independently from a home office, with occasional travel (about 25%) to visit customers, partners, or trade shows.
- Being self‑motivated, energetic, and ready to make a real impact in your territory.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in technical or industrial software/hardware.
- The ability to quickly understand and present technical software solutions.
- A proactive, competitive, and self‑motivated mindset.
- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (Dutch language skills are a strong plus).
- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital prospecting tools, and social media for business development.
