Manufacturing Equip Maint Technician 2
Responsibilities:
- Able to maintain and repair PCBA manufacturing equipment.
- Able to work with equipment vendor and internal cross functional teams to resolve issues related to PCBA manufacturing equipment.
- Able to conduct machine training to operator and maintenance technician.
- Able to generate machine program inclusive of machine part data.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working experience in SMT/PCB assembly manufacturing line would be an added advantage.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Prior hands-on equipment engineering in pneumatic/valve, mechanical drawings, electrical schematic, Motor control system, PLC etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience. The ability to perform maintenance, to identify, diagnose and repair equipment breakdown, as well as keeping it clean, safely and in good working order.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
