Incumbent will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance in our new Modulus plant.\\n\\nMain responsibilities\\nOverall plant reliability, advocate for site reliability program\\nMaintenance value, cost effectiveness, safety\\nSpare parts and service provider management\\nContinuous improvement and efficiency opportunities\\nCalibration and periodic qualification programs\\nResponsible for staffing (talent, sizing, performance)\\nResponsible for reliability strategy and processes (FMEA, RCA, CAPAs)\\nResponsible for workflows for work order management\\nResponsible for reliability input for projects, LTAP input to CAPEX plan\\nResponsible for identification of reliability/maintainability/HSE improvements\\nHSE performance (injury rates, near misses, pSIFs)\\nEquipment & facility reliability (including financial impacts)\\nCompliance (deviations, CAPA, change ctrl, training)\\nSite maintenance spend (budget, headcount, parts, services)\\nStandard work order and reliability engineering metrics\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nSkills & Experience\\nEngineering degree or equivalent (advanced/MBA preferred)\\nPeople manager skills (talent, performance, development)\\nTraining or certification in maintenance/reliability/metrology\\nBudgeting and financial control\\nStrategic planning and objectives management\\nnull
