WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Continental Europe Advisory you will be part of the Regional Public Side Compliance advisory team in Europe within the Compliance and Conduct function at SCIB. You will advise public side business on regulatory and compliance matters, participate in regulatory projects within SCIB, assess regulatory risks and interact with regulators. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Strong knowledge of Markets Regulations specially EU rules.
- Development and management of Regulatory Compliance Programs.
- Identification of regulatory risks arising from the SCIB activity.
- Participation in regulatory projects within the SCIB Division.
- Implementation of the relevant compliance programs.
- Management of information requests from regulators and, if necessary, participation in meetings with them.
- Participation in the development of materials to present to senior management.
EXPERIENCE
Experience of at least 7 years in compliance related functions, analysis and advice of the business in matters of risk, regulation and compliance. Valuable experience in positions related to the wholesale banking business.
EDUCATION
Degree in Business administration (or similar).

- German speaker

- Spanish speaker (desirable)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Should show initiative, be organised and be able to prioritise
- Previous experience in Compliance Advisory (desirable)
