Private Banking Relationship Analyst – Poland (BSISA) in Genève

ph3Country: Switzerland /h3 h3Potential Responsibilities /h3 pAssist the FO team of Banco Santander International S.A. in the daily business as usual. You will be giving support on service tasks in a well-organized and timely way, learning about the needs of the bankers and the clients. You will be doing of the following tasks: /p ul liCustomer service, helping on: /li liProvide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal Compliance matters /li liMonitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up /li liChecking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc. /li liAddressing request for payment instructions /li liProcess applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit Cards /li liOperations and Back Office, supporting on: /li liEnsure close collaboration with various departments including Onboarding, Legal Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office. /li liMonitoring and verifying that all the transactions requested have been completed/processed by the operations department. /li liFX transactions and wire transfers management /li liNew accounts and Updates /li liPrepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and other members of Front Office Team. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liFormal Academic Education: i.e. bachelor’s degree /li li1-4 years of relevant experience in financial and banking industry in the following fields: customer service, operations, compliance, back office, dealing with internal and external clients, preparation of reports and customer visits. /li liStrong technical knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance /li liSoftware: good use of Office tools. /li liGood planning and organizational skills/problem-solving approach. /li liDynamic, pro-active, and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner. /li liAdaptable, personable team player with “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills. /li liTeamwork and team spirit focused. /li liEager to learn. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liLanguages: Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken). /li liFrench and Spanish will be highly valued. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEligible to work in Switzerland. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
