Join Santen as a Key Account Manager Ophthalmology with focus on Front-of-the-eye. Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? As a Pharmaceutical Representative you will embody Santen\’s philosophy and marketing vision, acting as a trusted partner to clinic-based ophthalmologists and selected resident eye doctors.

Responsibilities

• Present the benefits of Santen’s innovative products with a focus on acquiring new prescribers and increasing prescription volume in clinics.
• Serve as the key point of contact at ophthalmology conferences and events.
• Organize and lead training sessions to educate and support healthcare professionals.
• Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets within your designated region.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed training qualifying to work as pharmaceutical representative or certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferentenprüfung).
• Field experience in the pharmaceutical/clinic sector or comparable sales experience.
• German and English spoken and written (min. C1).
