- have professional experience in IT as well as a completed IT education (EFZ or comparable).
- bring solid experience in client management and support of Windows clients and virtual desktops.
- are familiar with network configurations, IT security, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- are comfortable with technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, Defender, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, and convince with high social competence and reliability.
