Responsibilities Be responsible for the general ledger accounting of European subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and group financial policies. Complete journal entries, month-end/year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements accurately and on time. Manage overdue receivables and payables, establish tracking schedules, analyze root causes, and drive resolution of overdue items to minimize financial risks. Review and optimize core financial processes of subsidiaries, develop standardized financial procedures, and support the implementation of the group’s financial management system. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, support tax filing and compliance work, and liaise with the group headquarters for financial reporting and data submission. Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA, ACCA, or other professional accounting certifications are preferred. Minimum 2 years of general ledger accounting experience; experience in overseas subsidiaries or multinational companies is preferred. Familiar with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements in Europe. Hands‑on experience in overdue account management and financial process optimization. Able to independently handle full‑cycle general ledger accounting work. Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications. Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure with strong communication and coordination skills. Adaptable to an international working environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience in manufacturing, engineering machinery, or multinational corporate environments is a plus.
