Product Manager

The Product Manager – Cold Planer will develop the strategy and roadmap for European cold milling machines, considering customer needs and market trends, while integrating market analysis and customer insights for effective product enhancement and distribution.

The Product Manager report to Senior PM Road Machinery and the position is based in Bedburg (Hybrid).

The key responsibilities of the Product Manager – cold planer are :

• Conduct market analysis to understand customer requirements and needs and integrate them into product development,
• Develop and implement a long term product strategy to optimize the performance and success of the milling machine product line.
• Conducting through tests and evaluations to ensure the optimal functionality and performance of the prototypes,
• Work closely with the development team to drive product improvements and innovations based on market demands,
• Monitor the product lifecycle and identify opportunities to enhance competitiveness and profitability,
• Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams as well as external partners and customers,
• Create marketing and sales strategies to support the launch of new products and increase sales of the milling machine product lines.

Qualification :

• You have (minimum) a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• You demonstrated 3 years of experience (min.) in product management.
• You have knowledge/ experience of the milling machine industry and/or the cold planning and/or the construction equipment sector
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are team player and effectively collaborate with various departments and teams
• You have excellent interpersonal skills.
