Product Manager - Heavy Forklifts & Material Handlers
Work Location: Based in the continental Europe with flexible work arrangements
Education : Bachelor's degree or above
Core Experience Requirement: Direct, relevant experience in product management or R&D experience for heavy forklifts and material handlers
Core Responsibilities
- 1.Be responsible for material handlers and heavy-duty forklifts, covering market demand analysis, product definition, technical coordination, and product launch support.
- 2.Work closely with the R&D team to drive the implementation of product technical solutions, with the ability to understand technical logic and effectively convey technical requirements.
- 3.Travel with the marketing team to visit customers in Europe, collect market feedback, tap customer pain points, and assist in formulating product strategies.
- 4.Undertake market and product operation-oriented work, including competitor analysis, product selling point refinement, sales toolkit production, and customer training.
- 5.Coordinate communication between local European teams and the headquarters, and promote product localization adaptation and improvement.
Job Requirements
- 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preferred academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
- 2.At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in product management, technical support, product planning or similar roles, with direct hands‑on experience in material handlers and heavy-duty forklifts.
- 3.Solid technical background without excessive focus on trivial technical details, capable of understanding product principles, technical parameters and system logic.
- 4.Willing to take on market-oriented work, sensitive to customer demands, and equipped with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- 5.Adapt to frequent business trips across Europe, and work closely with the marketing team.
- 6.Language proficiency: fluent in English and the local language as working languages.
